Do you recommend a platform before understanding the project?
No. WordPress, Webflow and Framer solve different problems. The recommendation follows the business requirements, content model, internal workflow and long-term ownership needs.
Can you work with our existing brand and internal team?
Yes. AV Web Studio can work within an established identity and collaborate with internal marketing, content or technical teams. Roles and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
Who will work on my project?
Every project is led directly by Abdul Salam, from the first conversation through strategy, design, development and launch. Specialist support may be brought in where a project genuinely needs it, but responsibility is never handed off.
Do you work with businesses outside the US and UK?
Yes. AV Web Studio works remotely with established businesses in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, with calls arranged around practical working hours.
How many projects do you take on at once?
Only a small number. Remaining intentionally small protects the attention, judgement and senior involvement each project receives.
Process & timeline
What happens before design begins?
The project starts with discovery, content and structural decisions. Design begins only after the business goals, audience and required user journeys are clear.
Will our team be able to update the website?
Yes. The editing experience is considered during platform selection and development. Handover includes practical training and documentation appropriate to the website.
How long does a website project take?
Most full website projects take four to eight weeks. Landing pages are usually completed in one to three weeks. The final timeline depends on scope, content readiness and stakeholder availability.
What do you need from us to get started?
We begin with a clear understanding of the business, audience and goals. Existing brand assets, analytics and content are useful, but you do not need to arrive with a finished specification.
Pricing & scope
Can you guarantee rankings or conversion results?
No responsible studio can guarantee a specific ranking or conversion figure. We can build sound technical foundations, improve clarity and remove measurable friction, then use evidence after launch to guide further improvements.
Do you provide fixed-price proposals?
Yes. After discovery, you receive a written scope with deliverables, timeline and fixed project fee. Work outside that scope is discussed before it is added.
How are payments structured?
Most projects begin with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due at launch. Larger engagements may be divided into agreed milestones.
What happens after launch?
Launch includes a final quality review, handover and 30 days of support. Ongoing website care, performance and content improvements are available when the business needs a longer-term partner.
